WINES

REDS
Rawiri Hillside Reserve Pinot Noir
The grapes for the reserve are fermented in a French oak cuve which helps to soften the tannins and then aged in French oak barrels, of which 50% are new. The 2012 vintage was the first for the reserve and will be released late 2013.
Rawiri Estate Pinot Noir
These grapes are also from the hillside of Rawiri Vineyard and are aged in 25-30% new French oak barrels.
After a couple of minutes in the glass the 2010 is a wine that extracts the fruit of Oregon and the balance of Burgundy.
WHITES
Pinot Gris
Fermented slowly in french oak barrels on lees, and then left on fine lees in barrel for 10 months.
